The National Highways Technical Surveys and Testing (TST) Framework is a long-term asset management programme designed to monitor, analyse and maintain the structural integrity of the Strategic Road Network. As a framework contractor for the South East region, DDC delivers drainage surveys and testing on all motorway and trunk roads in this area.
